Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Nanaimo, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Tenders for the Meadow Drive Community Park Playground project. The project site is located in Meadow Drive Community Park located at 2885 Meadow Drive, East Wellington. Contractor is to remove and dispose of the existing wood playground, install new play equipment complete safety surfacing to CSA standards. Contractor is to submit a passing inspection report by certified playground inspector after playground is installed. Install supporting hard and soft landscape per landscape plans. This project shall include supply of all labour, materials, equipment, products, and safety requirements necessary to complete the project as defined in the project drawings. In general, this will consist of: a) Demolition and disposal of an existing playground b) Excavation, and grading c) Installation of a new playground, including play structures, playground surfacing, and surrounding pathway d) Supply and installation of various furnishings as noted on the plans, supply and installation of trees Awarded value not released for publication.
