This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation ("Owner") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for replacement & relocation of Make-Up Air Unit and repair of other mechanical components as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work"). Question Acceptance Deadline: 2022/09/08 04:00:00 PM CDT Questions are submitted online: No CPPD is administering this RFP process. For the purposes of this procurement process, the "RFP Contact" will be: Contract Administrator: El Dela Cruz Email: cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials, or other representatives of Manitoba or CPPD other than the RFP Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent's proposal. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
