The work contemplated consists of, but is not limited to, the following: oRemoval of existing PAPI installation for Runway 34 oInstallation of new L-881 PAPI (2-Box) oReplace Pilot Controlled Lighting system o M iscellaneous electrical improvement associated with the work Construction documents for the project may be examined at the following location: oPort of Orcas Office, 147 Schoen Lane, Eastsound, WA 98245 At this meeting, questions concerning the Contract Documents or proposed work will be discussed. Answers and clarifications will be in the form ofwritten addenda to the contract and will be distributed as described above for addenda distribution to Bidders. This project is subject to a race conscious Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal of 6.43% Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond of 5% The Owner reserves the; right to waive any informality or may reject any or all proposals
