Renovation of a residential development in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

The St. Louis Park Housing Authority will accept sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary for Elevator Controller Replacement for two elevators It is the Bidders responsibility to inquire as to the addenda issued. A bid bond in the amount of not less than 5% percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of the City of St. Louis Park shall accompany each bid. No less than minimum salaries and wages set forth in the contract documents must be paid on this project. Contractors must take affirmative action to ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, sexual orientation, disability, familial status or status with regard to public assistance. Successful bidders shall furnish an assurance of completion by providing separate performance and payment bonds, each for 100% or more of the contract price. The St. Louis Park Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the St. Louis Park Housing Authority.
