Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the bid amount must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Bid Security shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check which shall be payable to the Board of Commissioners of Boone County, Indiana. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price prior to the execution of contracts. The Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. All bids may be held for a period not to exceed one hundred twenty (120) days before awarding contracts. Boone County, Indiana, acting by and through its Board of Commissioners, will receive sealed bids at the Office of Boone County Commissioners 116 W. Washington St. Room 103 Lebanon IN 46052 for the Exterior Limestone Panel Replacement at Key Bank Building Project.
