The project consists of providing the workforce, equipment and machinery to carry out the work. The contractor must dispose of all the materials at his own expense at an authorized site. He will also have to backfill the excavation trenches left vacant by the demolition of the building and the foundation. Finally, he will have to restore the premises in good condition, and they must be safe. The City will provide the backfill material to the contractor who will have to put it in place. award is subject to final approval .
