Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chesapeake, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Work under this contract consists of resurfacing and various right-of-way repairs (curb, gutter, sidewalks, etc.) on various streets within the City of Chesapeake as funded by various Federal and State grant programs. The amount of work to be performed will be dependent upon the availability of agency funding. The City plans to select a single contractor with contract award occurring on or before December 30, 2022. The contract period and final completion date will be seventy-five (75) days from the period beginning July 1, 2023 as will be stated in the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The selected contractor will be required to execute the standard contract enclosed. The Work under this contract consists of resurfacing and various right-of-way repairs (curb, gutter, sidewalks, etc.) on various streets within the City of Chesapeake as funded by various Federal and State grant programs.
