Renovation of an educational facility in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Description of Work: This is a prevailing wage project. Install 25kV conductors, transformer, and replace main switchboard for Lombardi Recreation. Question Cuttoff Date & Time 9/1/2022 08:00:00 PM (ET) Estimated Cost Range: $300,000 - $400,000 Liquidated Damages: $500/day Special Qualifications: Personnel performing 25kV terminations are required to be certified. Copy of certification is required with bid submittal. Special Considerations: Work cannot be done energized. All shutdowns of power to the building will need to be done on weekends. Contractor will be responsible for all overtime labor costs. Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Contractor's Pollution Liability, and Builders Risk Insurance will be required. Please refer to the TEMPLATE-Owner-Contractor Construction Agreement on the Attachments tab for limits and additional information. Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on October 20, 2022 and shall be fully complete by December 29, 2023. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
