Renovation of a municipal facility in Mississippi Mills, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Municipality is seeking quotes to replace an Open-Loop geothermal heat pump at the Municipal Office located at 3131 Old Perth Road. Pricing shall include all materials, equipment, and labour to complete the removal of an existing Water Furnace water source heat pump (model WXH025A210S) and installation of a new open-loop water source heat pump of the same capacity. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Supply and installation of a new Water Source Heat Pump. 2. Removal and Disposal of existing Water Furnace heat-pump in accordance with all Federal and Provincial Regulations. 3. All required ductwork modifications, connections, hangers, supports. 4. All line-voltage electrical connections and disconnections. 5. All low-voltage wiring connections 6. All plumbing work including, piping, test ports, unions, new control valve, insulation, etc. Tender packages can be obtained from the Municipality of Mississippi Mills Municipal Office located at 3131 Old Perth Road, Almonte, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, or by email at dcousineau@mississippimills.ca
