Renovation of a mixed-use development in Goderich, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a day care center; and municipal facility.
Roof Replacements; PW Building and Child Care Centre. The work includes: - Placement of a new TPO roof membrane at the Public Works building (7,212 ft2) and all associated work incidental thereto. - Replacement of the existing roofing system with a new 2-ply SBS modified bituminous roofing system at the Child Care building (8,770 ft2), relocation of some of the HVAC units on the roofing and all associated work incidental thereto. Roof tops may be reviewed August 24 and 25, 2022. Bidders should contact Sean Thomas at the Town of Goderich to set a time. Designated Project Completion Date: Tuesday, November 15, 2022 Project Completion Date Details: Part A - November 15, 2022 Parts B & C - May 15, 2023 Part A was only awarded.
