The City is soliciting Bids for a Contractor to provide all labour, materials and services to supply and install a basketball facility and fencing at Grand Cornell Park located at 25 Michelina Terrace in Markham, Ontario. See Attachment B for specifications and Attachment C for drawings. The Contractor is to provide all labour, materials and services to supply and install a basketball facility and fencing in Grand Cornell Park, Markham, Ontario. The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: - mobilization; - delineate construction work area; - access delineation and site security; - temporary siltation fencing - rough grading; - fine grading; - installation of granular bases; - asphalt paving; - concrete footings for the basketball posts; - supply and installation of basketball posts; - supply and installation of backboards; - supply and installation of hoops and nets; - acrylic court surfacing; - supply and installation of galvanized chain link fencing; - restoration; - demobilization; and - all other activities to construct the facilities in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
