For: Lead Based Paint Inspection and Risk Assessment Professional Services Deadline for written inquiries 1 September 2022 at 5:00 pm (CST) Contract Award 3 October 2022 The Town of Normal is seeking proposals from highly qualifies environmental consulting firms engaged in lead-based paint evaluation and clearance services as required under the US Department of Housing and Urban Development's Lead Safe Housing Rule 924 CFR Part 35 Subpart J) for single-family housing rehabilitation projects located in the Town of Normal. The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received. The Town will evaluate submitted proposals based on their responsiveness to the requirements of this RFP, experience with the requested scope of work, qualifications of the project team, references, and per unit pricing. The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
