The firm must be licensed and lawfully engaged in providing these services in the State of Rhode Island. The Town of Smithfield reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or part thereof, to waive any and all informalities, and to award the contract on the basis of the lowest responsible evaluated bid proposal. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
