Renovation of a municipal facility in Sanford, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Replacement of Ballybrand (Brand name or equivalent) Outdoor Walk-In Cooler located at the Animal Services Facility- 232 Eslinger Way, Sanford, FL. 32773. The Contractor will be responsible for providing the following: Required project engineering solutions and submittals. Demo of existing walk-in cooler. Procurement of new BallyBrand (Or equivalent) walk-in cooler and all associated materials. Turnkey installation of the outdoor walk-in cooler. The Contractor will provide proper disposal of all Walk-in cooler replacement debris. A Daily inspection of construction cleanup in the work areas will be required to ensure the safety of staff, citizens, and sit trades workers. The Contractor will be responsible for all permitting(when applicable), insurance, labor, materials, supervision, tools, supplies, transportation, coordination, equipment and incidentals necessary to perform all services in its entirety. The contractor will ensure the replacement of the outdoor walk-in cooler meets all the minimum criteria for layout and design for its intended use and its presence in the outdoor Florida Environment. The contractor is solely responsible for ensuring the outdoor walk-in cooler will conform to all local and state fire, electrical, and building code requirements and any other applicable code requirements associated with this type of system. All subcontractors used for this project will hold the appropriate Florida State Licenses and associated insurance required to perform their task within the project scope as well as being included on all permits as required. Specifications: Technical Services Engineered Solution Submittals Bally (Brand name or equivalent) Outdoor Walk-in Cooler Specs: Exterior Dimensions: 9'-8" L x 7'-9" W x 9'-6" H One (1) Compartment Outdoor- Free Standing 4 Inch Panels Interior- Vertical Walls & Ceiling Panels: Stucco-embossed galvanized steel Exterior- Vertical Walls: Stucco-embossed white galvanized steel-- Ceiling: Smooth Galvanized Steel prepped for roofing membrane Door One(1) 36" x 78" Hinged Door Deadbolt Latch Lock (K27C) 1/8" Diamond Tread Kick Plate on Interior and Exterior Strip Curtain Panic Hardware to prevent Entrapment. Roof Outdoor Membrane roof with tapered insulation Floor Existing Concrete Pad Medium use-hand truck or small cart Condensor- Appropriate for outdoor walk-in cooler application Evaporator- Appropriate for outdoor walk in cooler application 5 Year Compressor only warranty 5 Year system parts with 1 year labor warranty Signed Stamped engineered drawing. Installation Specify outdoor walk-in cooler with Bally(Brand name or equivalent) per local codes. Purchase proper specified Bally(Brand name or equivalent) Outdoor walk-in cooler. Provide new Bally(Brand name or equivalent) walk-in cooler. Demo Existing Walk-in Cooler Receive on site all new walk-in cooler equipment and materials. All forklift service to be provided by contractor. Build outdoor walk-in cooler structure per local code and manufacturer specifications. Provide all new electrical connections including disconnects, breakers, and fuses. Mount interior evaporator per manufacturers specifications. Secure Condensing unit per manufacturers specifications and local codes. Supply, Install, and insulate new refrigeration line sets. Installation of outdoor tapered membrane roof, gutters and down spouts. Supply and run all required drain lines. Sealing all Penetrations One Year installation Workmanship guarantee. Factory set-up and start-up according to factory specifications. Customer demonstration of operation and general maintenance. Technical training for Facilities Staff.
