This contract is for plumbing services to all areas on the campus of Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) main campus in Murfreesboro, TN. The successful bidder shall provide all materials (bolts, gaskets, valves, clamps, and all other items necessary to repair all plumbing requests on a cost plus basis (according to the allowable mark-up percentage indicated on the Bid Pricing Form attached here) and all labor necessary to repair for all types of plumbing repairs on this campus, (according to the labor scale presented on the Bid Pricing Form attached here). Successful bidder must be able to perform diagnostics on plumbing fixtures and plumbing systems to determine the point of failure and to recommend and implement the MTSU approved corrective course of action. Successful bidder must also be able to add, replace or discontinue plumbing fixtures as directed by the owner. The initial term of this contract shall be for one (1) year from the date the contract was executed by MTSU as shown on the signature page of this contract. Upon mutual agreement between MTSU and the contractor, this contract may be extended for additional one (1) year periods up to four (4) times for five consecutive years, including the initial term.
