Demolition, site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Leesburg, Virginia. Working plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a 78,500-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The County of Loudoun, Virginia (“County”) seeks to award one (1) contract to a qualified construction manager (CM) that was short-listed through the Request for Qualification (RFQu) process to provide Construction Management (herein referred to as the “Construction Manager”, “Offeror”, or “CM”) services including but not limited to professional management and construction services during the design, planning, scheduling, and construction of the Courts Complex Phase IV (herein referred to as the “Project”). The estimated construction cost for the Courts Complex Phase IV is $46,000,000. Construction funding will be available in Fiscal Year 2030, allowing construction to begin in 2030 and is expected to continue through winter 2033. Pre-Proposal Conference: An optional Pre-Proposal Conference will be held virtually using Microsoft Teams on June 24, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Shortlist confirmed
