Response Format Paper Project Type RFQ (Request for Quote) Response Types Line Items Type of Award Lump Sum Start/Delivery Date August 29, 2022 Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 08/23/2022 2:30 PM (PDT) Provide Fire Sprinkler and Fire Extinguisher Inspection/Maintenance to all city facilities for a period of 11 months (August 2022 through June 2023). See Quote Document for additional information and submittal documents Prevailing Wages When applicable, the City is subject to the State of California prevailing wage laws as set forth in California Labor Code Section 1770 et seq. The contractor is responsible for determining the appropriate Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) classification for the various employees and subcontractors used for a particular project or service. The rates for each classification are posted on the DIR portal. All contractors performin Estimated Quantities The quantities furnished under this Bid are to be considered as approximate only and are to be used solely for the comparison of Bids received. The City does not expressly or by implication represent that the actual quantities involved will correspond exactly therewith; nor shall the Bidder plead misunderstanding or deception because of such estimate in accordance with the Specifications. Quantities may be increased or diminished. Price/cost All Charges Should Be Included on the Price Sheet Which Includes All Associated Costs (Including but Not Limited to Delivery, Freight, Etc.) Bidder Must Bid on All Items. Award Will Be Made to the Lowest Responsive and Responsible Bidder.
