The Town of Jasper, NY is seeking competitive Request for Qualifications for technical and cost proposals from a Geotechnical Engineering and design firm qualified to investigate, evaluate, and prepare alternative repair solutions with estimates for multiple slope failures which occurred during the flood even that occurred in the Town of Jasper, NY, on or about August 2021. The slope failures occurred in multiple locations and are impacting Town Maintained roads. Geotechnical Services may also be needed for general repair of flood impacted roads and associated drainage. Services must be provided and be compliant with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and requirements. including but not limited to FEMA. The Town anticipates services will be needed for a period of 1-4 years. Subcontracting will not be permitted unless deemed necessary by mutual agreement of the selected firm and the Town.
