Outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Washington, District of Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; parking garage; and for outdoor lighting for a municipal facility.
The General Service Administration is seeking a contract to complete a design/build effort to provide exterior plaza lighting repairs/upgrades and installation of electrical vehicle (EV) car chargers at the Ronald Reagan Federal Office Building. The work includes but is not limited to the following: replacement of existing illuminated bollards, install of EV chargers on both garage levels B1 and B4, replacement of existing conduit, replacement of all outlet boxes, and the furnish and install of new GFI plugs, outdoor covers for outlet boxes, plugs on timers with override manual switch, and dusk-to-dawn sensors. See Section 2.1 for detailed project requirements. The project is not a change in use of space. The project is not a change in occupancy. The D/B Contractor shall coordinate work and gain approvals required in this Statement of Work (SOW) with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative/Project Manager (COR/PM) as required.
