Remnant Construction, LLC (Construction Mgr.) for the St. Lucie County Fire District (Owner) is seeking sealed bids for the construction project: Fire Station #1 Concrete Renovations located at 2400 Rhode Island Ave., Fort Pierce, FL 34950; Fire Station #9 Concrete Renovation located at 3595 N Hwy A1A, Fort Pierce, FL 34949; and Station #12 located at 1850 SE Village Green, Dr., Port St. Lucie, FL 34982 each Fire Station will consist of Demolition, Concrete Replacement concrete remediation work. No bid may be withdrawn after the bid date & time for a period of 60 days. All costs incurred by bidders in preparing a proposal shall be the sole responsibility of the bidder. Remnant Construction reserves the right to reject any or all bids & waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids, & to re-advertise for bids for any reason.
