All Bidders are required to attend this conference and register. Failure to attend this conference and register will be cause for rejection of a bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond upon award of the Contract in the penal sum of the full amount of the Contract Price as described in the bid package. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of the bids without the consent of the Owner. Any proposal which contains items not specified or which does not complete all the items scheduled for bid, shall be considered informal and shall/may be rejected on this basis. The Board of Trustees of the McHenry County Conservation District reserves the right to accept any part, or all of any bids, and to reject any and all or parts of any and all bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
