Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Work Consists of Furnishing All Labor, Materials, and Equipment and Performing All Operations Necessary for the Construction of the Drainage Improvement Projects Listed Below, Called Woolery Drive Phase 2 at Mill Creek Drainage Improvements Project, Removal of Existing 60 Inch Corrugated Metal Drainage Pipe and the Installation of a New 10 Foot Wide by 5 Foot High Box Culvert. The Work Includes, but Not Limited to, Pavement Repair, Sidewalk Repair, Site Preparation and Clearing, Remove and Install New Drop Inlets and Curb and Gutter, Utility Adjustments, Sodding, Dewatering, Maintenance of Traffic, Erosion Control and Pollution Abatement, and All Other Related Work in Accordance With the Contract Drawings and These Specifications. All Bidders Must Have a General Contractor S (Gc) License or a Building Contractor S (Bc)license. All Bidders on This Project Must Be on the Approved Pre-qualified Bidders List: With the City of Jacksonville, Procurement Division, Under Either the Horizontal Category Prior to Bid Opening. Bidding Firm Must Be Actively Licensed by the State of Florida to Perform the Scope of Services Defined Herein.
