For the replacement of a PVI water heater at the correctional facility in Laconia. Isolate, drain and cut out existing water heater Dispose of old tank Install one PVI water heater model 40L 130AA-GCML 130 gallons Reconnect all piping to new tank and check for leaks Insulate where needed Belknap County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or any part thereof, to waive any formality in the process, and to accept the proposal considered to be in the best interest of the County. The County may cancel this proposal request at any time for any reason. Failure to submit all information called for may be sufficient grounds for disqualification. After receipt of proposals, the County will evaluate the proposals. The Board of Commissioners will make a decision and all bidders will be notified. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any part thereof in the best interest of the County The Contractor shall have professional insurance/errors and omissions insurance with limits of not less than $1,000,000 each occurrence, where applicable. The Contractor shall file certificates with Belknap County showing proof of insurance at the time the contract is awarded. A 30-day notice is required for cancellation and /or material change of coverage, sent directly to the Belknap County Commissioners Office at 34 County Drive, Laconia, N.H. 03246
