Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Laconia, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Belknap County seeks proposals from qualified vendors capable of providing services for the replacement of masonry at the main and ambulance entrances of the Nursing Home located in Laconia. Belknap County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or any part thereof, to waive any formality in the process, and to accept the proposal considered to be in the best interest of the County. The County may cancel this proposal request at any time for any reason. Failure to submit all information called for may be sufficient grounds for disqualification Repair of masonry on the pillars at the main and ambulance entrances with stone face Ashlar pattern All caulk installed and made waterproof Clean and dispose of all materials at the end of each day All work to be done between the hours of 8 AM to 4PM After receipt of proposals, the County will evaluate the proposals. The Board of Commissioners will make a decision and all bidders will be notified. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any part thereof in the best interest of the County.
