Renovation of an educational facility in Portland, Maine. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The University of Southern Maine (USM) desires to procure architectural and engineering design services from individual firms or teams for the design and construction administration services to renovate approximately 2,800 SF of space on the fourth floor of the Wishcamper Center Building located on the Portland campus in order to create USMs new Presidents Suite and accommodate the relocation of selected outlying Executive Staff member into this space. Renovations to existing and construction of new offices. Reconfiguration and renovation of existing office cubicles. Renovations to existing and construction of new conference spaces. HVAC, Electrical and Fire Protection adjustments to accommodate new space build out. Furniture solutions A kitchenette with a sink, in the hosting prep space, is desirable, subject to extent of plumbing requirements.
