CLTWater is soliciting SOQs from interested firms to prepare a master plan for the Charlotte Water distribution system with a 30-year planning horizon. This Master Plan has three overarching components: 1) Evaluate current system under current demands and 30-year projected demands; 2) Model a 30-year buildout design; and 3) Establish infrastructure improvement approaches to achieve buildout. The intent of the RFQ is to identify and select a qualified consulting engineering firm to perform tasks with direction from CLTWater. A pre-proposal meeting will not be held for this RFQ.
