CATS MOW is seeking proposals for a railroad contractor to surface bridge and crossing approaches to maintain proper track geometry. Contractor must have the ability to tamp, lift, level and line in order to remove existing faults in longitudinal and alignment defects in the track structure. All interested Companies should return a completed Request For Proposals Acknowledgement Form (see Section 6, Form 1) by the date stated in Section 2.1 of this RFP. Instructions for the preparation and submissions of the Proposal are contained in the attached packet online. Please review them carefully. RFP questions must be directed to Brenda Faison, Department of General Services - City Procurement, per the enclosed instructions in Section 2.3. The City is an equal opportunity purchaser.
