The Contractor shall supply all materials, equipment, labor, and other items needed to perform and execute the services (hereinafter referred to as the Services) described in the Request for Proposals for Industrial Electrical Maintenance and Repair Services. The Services will be performed on various electrical equipment at the sites listed in Physical Addresses for ONWASA's Facilities (Exhibit A) and any new facilities will become part of this contract. ONWASA will provide the Contractor with such permissions as required for access to the sites. The Services shall be performed in accordance with generally accepted industry standards, practices, and principles applicable to the Services, and the sites maintained reasonably free of trash and waste materials. The Contractor shall supervise and direct the Services and shall be solely responsible for and in control of the means, methods, procedures, techniques, and sequences of performing the Services. The successful proposer (hereinafter referred to as "The Contractor") shall furnish all permits, materials, equipment, and labor necessary for performing all services associated with ONWASA's required services. Services are to begin on September 16, 2022, and continue as needed through September 15, 2023. ONWASA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to accept any proposal that, in the opinion of ONWASA, appears to be in its best interest. The right is reserved to hold any or all proposals for ninety (90) days from the opening thereof.
