Professional services for the operation of wastewater treatment works for the City of Saint-Jérôme For any additional information regarding this bid solicitation, please contact the Bidder Information Officer, Nadine Bélanger , at the following email address nbelanger@vsj.ca , or by telephone at 450-436-1512 ext. 3507 . Any question or request for clarification must be sent at least one hundred and ninety-two (192) hours before the date and time scheduled for receipt of tenders. The City of Saint-Jérôme reserves the right to refuse the tender of a contractor, a service provider or a supplier who, during the two years preceding the date of opening of tenders , has been rated as unsatisfactory by the City. GUARANTEES: This tender is subject to guarantee clauses (surety). INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT: This call for tenders is subject to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Free Markets Agreement of Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB) and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement between Canada and the European Union (CETA). RESERVE: The City shall not incur any liability for the fact that the written notices or tender documents & addenda conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must ensure, with tender system, before tendering, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. ACCEPTANCE OF TENDERS : The City does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
