Renovation of a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Furnish and install a 500 KW Natural Gas Generator including foundation with sound attenuating enclosure, automatic transfer switch (ATS), gas piping between generator and meter, service relocation, and necessary electrical and all appurtenances for a complete emergency electrical power system for the Water Plant. Project also includes demolition and disposal of existing diesel generator. A cashier check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Please read the new Special Conditions of the Agreement Part A and be prepared to comply with same. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. The deadline to ask questions is 9/05/2022 10:00 AM CST
