Bids are invited for the repair and replacement of a stormwater piping system that has collapsed and needs to be replaced and repaired, including all labor, materials and services provided in the Specifications (the "Work"). The Work needs to be completed as soon as possible. Documents can be picked up at the Millcreek Township Building from the Planning and Development offices for a fee of $25.00. Only parties who are included on the plan holders list will receive any issued addenda. Bids may be held by the Township for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of opening bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of proposers prior to awarding the contract. Millcreek Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or minor deviations in the proposals.
