A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. The project scope is generally comprised of the construction of a new, two-story 330,000 square foot High School, Practice and Competition athletic fields, associated athletic and maintenance outbuildings, parking, a service yard, a propane tank yard, on-site stormwater mitigation and various features on an approximately 100-acre site. The new High School scope includes site development, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, interior build-out, and finishes. The construction consists of a combination of steel-framed structure and load-bearing exterior masonry, with interior and exterior precast wall panels, both veneer and load bearing, brick veneer, metal siding, and singleply membrane roof system. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
