This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Mobile, Alabama. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.
The intent of this bid is to establish a contract between the Board and bidder for the supply of window unit reverse cycle heat pumps as called for herein. Purchases will be made on an "as needed basis." It is requested that all prices quoted be honored by the bidder for as needed purchases until September 30, 2023. Bidder must be the manufacturer's authorized sales dealer for each item quoted and must maintain sales, service, and distribution facilities within Mobile County, Alabama. All products quoted shall be new, packed in manufacturers original containers, and shall meet or exceed the specifications shown. Successful bidders must guarantee all units to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Bidder will assume responsibility for repair of defects for twelve (12) months from date of installation and will absorb all costs for parts, labor, and transportation.
