The Marshall University Office of Purchasing, on behalf of the Marshall University Campus-Wide invites sealed bids to establish an open-end contract for non-hazardous waste removal services. The successful vendor must furnish all supervision, labor materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and all effort necessary to complete the scope of work outlined in the bidding documents. All technical questions must be submitted to Michelle Wheeler via email at michelle. wheeler@marshall.edu by 9:00 a.m. LPT on September 1, 2022. Any work performed or any materials contracted prior to the receipt of the Owners purchase order, shall be at the Bidders risk.
