Construction Magnitude: In accordance with FAR 36.204-Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, (b) Between $25,000 and $100,000. Description of Requirements: FEMA Region 1 is looking to demolish the existing wood-framed handicap ramp and replace with a concrete handicap accessible and American with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant ramp. The roof of the front entrance is significantly past its useful life and is in need of replacement to include the aluminum flashing. The location of the property is 63 Old Marlboro Road Maynard, MA 01754. CLIN 00001 PART NUMBER N/A DESCRIPTION Rubber roof replacement and ADA concrete ramp replacement Period of Performance will start the day award is received by the vendor and completed within 90 days.
