Question Deadline 09/05/2022 at 5:00 PM CT The City of Dallas (City) Office of Environmental Quality & Sustainability (EQS) has initiated a Request for Proposal (RFP) and invites interested parties to submit their qualifications to provide the following: 1) services related to securing a United States Environmental Protection Agency (US-EPA) Grant and potentially other federal or state grants for: The assessment, cleanup, or redevelopment of Brownfields properties Conducting cleanup activities at brownfield sites contaminated by hazardous substances, pollutants, contaminants (including hazardous substances co-mingled with petroleum), and/or petroleum. within the City limits and: 2) once a grant has been secured, provide grant management support services, environmental consulting services, assist in implementing environmental assessments, Cleanup activities, remedial planning, community outreach, and other environmental planning aspects of the grant for which funding is secured. Additionally, provide services to address brownfield sites contaminated by hazardous substances, pollutants, contaminants (including hazardous substances co-mingled with petroleum), and/or petroleum. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
