The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Beltsville Agricultural Research Center (BARC), has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, supplies, specialized equipment/tools, transportation and supervision to supply and install SeamTek Type 3 Healthcare Epoxy Quartz Flooring System at Bldg. #1082. Solicitation 12305B22R0025 is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document, with the incorporated clauses and provisions, is issued in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 13 and 36 and will be incorporated in the awarded firm-fixed price order.
