This RFI is for Professional Services When responding to this Request for Qualifications, please enter $1.00 as bid amount This questionnaire will be used by the Department of Technology, Management and Budget and an ad hoc advisory committee for the purpose of making an initial evaluation of architectural firms interested in providing architectural/engineering services for to design a New State Psychiatric Hospital Complex in Southeast, Michigan. Services will include the following: Programming, etc. (Review/investigation of existing facilities: Hawthorn and Walter Reuther) Sustainable Design Best Practices Joint Commission Accreditation etc. Site Development Design Development Final Design Documentation including IT Design and Access Security Furniture, Fixtures, Equipment and Signage Construction Administration - Office Construction Administration- Field The project will consist of providing a proposal for Phase 400 Preliminary Design, Phase 500 Final Design, and Phase 600 & 700 Construction Administration Office & Field Services for the New State Psychiatric Hospital Complex. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
