It presently operates with an elected chief executive officer, Orange County Mayor, and six elected district commissioners, who together comprise the Board of County Commissioners. Consideration for modification or alteration of the documents contained in this solicitation shall be requested during the specified question period, before the applicable deadline. No oral interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications, or other Contract documents shall be considered binding. OCU Project Sequence No: 61808 CPH Project No. O28112 PN - Y22-7035-EB The Econlockhatchee Trail South project is a proposed four lane divided urban roadway facility in Orange County, Florida. The proposed roadway begins just south of Lake Underhill Road and extends northward to just beyond SR 408. The proposed roadway also includes improvements along Lake Underhill Road and at the intersection of Econlockhatchee Trail and Lake Underhill Road. This project will also include the "Palm Gardens" drainage improvements located to the north of the proposed roadway improvements in the southwest corner of the Econlockhatchee Trail /Valencia College Lane intersection, and the purpose of this portion of the project is to restore a historic outfall connection that has been impacted by permitted developments on the Palm Gardens property.
