Demolition and new construction of a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Working plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a 74,698-square-foot, five-story above grade, 550-seat educational facility; and 88-seat day care center.
Construction of a 5-storey replacement school for 550 students with an 88-space daycare facility. Project includes demolition of the existing school. TIMELINE: Working drawings are complete. Owner is awaiting site plan approvals from the city of Toronto. Prequalification for general contractors has closed (RFSQ-002-24); as of August 23, 2024, 7 firms have prequalified. Permits have yet to be issued by the city. Further update early spring 2027.
