Site work, remodeling and addition to a fire / police facility in Woodburn, Oregon. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 5,195-square-foot fire / police facility; for the addition of a 440-square-foot fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

As of September 27, 2024, the awarded construction manager has been identified and has awarded all trades. This project is a remodel of the existing building and small addition to Fire Station 21. Improvements to the interior of the fire station include a remodel of the existing exercise room to be used for turnout storage, a remodel of the existing uniform storage room, an expansion of the existing kitchen, a remodel of the existing lobby and flooring replacement in the offices. A new exercise room and storage attic will be added to the interior of the existing storage building. Exterior improvements include the east parking lot, an expansion of the patio space, a new memorial plaza, repair to a small area of the perimeter buffer wall and a new pad and walk at the storage building. The addition consists of a 440 square foot expansion to the existing training room. Construction Start: October 2024. Substantial Completion: January 2025. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
