**As of March 6, 2023 this contract was not awarded. The City rejected all bids due to being over budget. The project itself consists of the Re-Cladding of KB Willet Ice Arena and Goerke Park Press Box and Concessions/Toilet Rooms building, Building addition to KB Willet, Front vestibule addition and canopy-style covering at Minnesota Ave entrances, Ticket Booth/Entry Archway installations and finally all sitework associated with these items.
