Pre-Qualification: Yes In general, the project will involve the reroofing approximately 2,400 square feet of existing ballasted EPDM at the City of Onalaska Omni Center (255 Riders Club Rd). The new roofing work includes the installation of a 1/2 " thick layer of HD cover board applied to existing rigid insulation and 60 mil fully-adhered EPDM.
