Entry Signage, concrete walks, lighting landscaping and irrigation. Scope of Work of the Contract includes: Entry signage, concrete walks, lighting, landscape, and irrigation. For construction contracts $50,000 and over but less than $250,000, the bidder shall submit a certified or cashiers check on a responsible bank in the State equal to two percent (2%) of the maximum total bid amount. For construction contracts over $250,000, the bidder shall submit either a 2% certified or cashiers check or five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashier's check or bid bonds payable to the Owner. Said documents may be examined without charge in the office of Clark Condon Associates, Inc. ("Clark Condon"), 10401 Stella Link Rd., Houston, Texas 77025. Bids received after the closing time will not be considered. There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid conference for this project. The meeting will be held virtually at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, August 30, 2022. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 90 days from the date bids are opened.
