This Request for Quotation (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County ("Norfolk County") to prospective Bidders to submit bids for the paving of approximately ten (10) kilometres of rural rail trail. The project area location is the rail trial from Waterford to the Brant County Line, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix C) (the "Deliverables"). The Contractor shall supply all labour, equipment, and materials to complete the scope of the work. Generally consisting of grading approximately 10.6 kilometres of granular base to 1% crossfall. Base is approximately 6 metres wide. Documents can be obtained at: https://norfolk.bidsandtenders.ca Award subject to final approval.
