Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Beardstown, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,200-square-foot medical facility; for site work for a medical facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the addition of a medical facility; and for the demolition of a medical facility.
The project consists of 9200 square feet of interior renovation, add of a Mechanical Room, extension to existing parking lot, add of a portico drive-thru, exterior repairs-painting, repairs to exterior canopy, partial new membrane roof. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the bidding contractor's nameaddress and project's name on the front of the envelope or via electronic means. A bidder may not withdraw their bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the set date for the bid opening. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond binding the principal and surety to the Owner (Cass County Public Health Department) for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the base bid. Bids received after the scheduled closing time for reception of bids will be returned unopened to the bidder(s). Bid opening to be private. Bid tabulations will be available once a contract is awarded. Cass County Public Health Department has the right to reject or accept any or all parts of bids submitted, to waive any bidding irregularities, and to accept bid consideration to be in the best interest of Cass County Public Health Department.
