TITLE: Rose Valley Elementary Modernization and Addition AGENCY: Kelso School District No. 458 ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $6,100,000 + WSST ABBREVIATED PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Modernization to include new interior finishes, electrical service and wiring, low voltage, HVAC, domestic water piping, fire sprinkler system, septic system, exterior siding, roof and windows. New administrative and entry vestibule addition. Two classroom addition and covered play bid alternates. The project is funded using Federal funds and therefore fall under Davis Bacon wage requirements. Any questions asked on site, will be recorded and answered via published addendum.
