TITLE: Rose Valley Elementary Modernization and Addition AGENCY: Kelso School District No. 458 ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $6,100,000 + WSST ABBREVIATED PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Modernization to include new interior finishes, electrical service and wiring, low voltage, HVAC, domestic water piping, fire sprinkler system, septic system, exterior siding, roof and windows. New administrative and entry vestibule addition. Two classroom addition and covered play bid alternates. The project is funded using Federal funds and therefore fall under Davis Bacon wage requirements. Any questions asked on site, will be recorded and answered via published addendum. Please direct questions regarding this project to the office of the Consultant, Collins Architectural Group, P.S., 950 12th Avenue, Suite 200, Longview, WA 98632-2508, telephone (360) 425-0000. No contractor may withdraw his bid after the hour and date set for the submittal thereof, or thereafter, before award of the Contract, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) days from the proposal submittal date. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities.
