The property consists of an old motel building, asphalt parking lot with curb, and a swimming pool. All material, foundation/footers, and accessory structures are to be removed and hauled off and the asphalt is to remain. After pool is removed hole is to be filled compacted and level. Once the building is removed, the former building area is to be level with the asphalt and planted with grass. The General Contractor is required to obtain all necessary State and Local permits for demolition and asbestos abatement and removal. All disposal fees are to be paid for by the General Contractor.
