Renovation of an educational facility in Trenton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of October 10, 2022, project was awarded to Contract 1: VMG Group, Inc, awarded amount is $2,620,000.00.** Separate Bids will be received for: (DPMC Classifications: C009 or C066 Prime with C032 & C047) Contract No. 1 - Partial Roofing Replacement at Colts Neck High School (FVHD-5227A1) and Freehold Borough High School (FVHD-5227B1). Estimated Project Cost: $2,300,000 Contract No. 2 - Partial Roofing Replacement at Howell High School (FVHD-5227D1) and Manalapan High School (FVHD-5227E1). Estimated Project Cost: $1,100,000 All requests for information (RFI) must be submitted in writing by Sept. 8, 2022, and sent by faxing to 609-883-2694 or by emailing cwoodward@fvhdpc.com, or via common carrier to the Architect. All correspondence must include the Architect Project Name and Project Number referenced. The Architect is not responsible for misdirected or misrouted correspondence. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The right is reserved to reject all bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22 and to waive minor informalities in the bidding in accordance with applicable law.
