The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond, each in an amount equal
to (100%) of the contract amount. Contract, if awarded, will be on the basis of the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, if within budget. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the bid opening except as provided by law. Bidders must meet the requirements of the State of Louisiana Contractor's Licensing Law, RS 37:215 12163.
